Your monthly gift helps the Operator Relief Fund provide Dual Stellate Ganglion Block treatment and travel support for Special Operations Forces, Intelligence Community professionals, and their spouses who are struggling with post-traumatic stress and related symptoms.

Thanks to the generosity of two family foundations that cover ORF’s overhead costs, 100% of every donation goes directly to our programs.

For many of the men and women who serve in the shadows, the wounds of service are unseen. Post-traumatic stress can show up as hyper-vigilance, emotional shutdown, sleep disruption, and nervous system overload, affecting both the mind and body.

DSGB treatment can cost between $3,000 and $5,000 through private-pay care. Through our provider relationships, ORF pays an average of $2,800 per participant and also covers travel, including flights and hotel stays. This care is not currently covered by private insurance, the VA, or military medical facilities.
